In the roughly three months of Seattle weather, where it is/can be hot, you MUST avoid this place. It says it has air conditioning but it most certainly does not! There's a tiny little unit, that blows lukewarm dirty-air, that's connected into a window. If it's 82 degrees outside, it'll be 90 degrees inside. This little unit is as far away from the bedroom as it can be. You'll burn up at night. Even though it's cool at night, the little unit traps in hot air. Non-circulating warm air, at night, triggers migraine headaches for me. My head hurt badly the second night that I ended up in the ER for four hours. I left the next day to go to a hotel with air-conditioning. If you, at all, value air-conditioning in the Summer, avoid this apartment like the plague. If you have allergies, avoid it like the black plague. If you enjoy comfort, during Seattle's hot months, just plain avoid this place, period! If you had a heart attack here, the owner would likely find a way to add a fee. I have a case open w/ VRBO over the VRBO expense, ER expense and the double expense of having to go to a hotel. Oh, and the management of this property is thoroughly inept. When I checked in, they didn't have a clue where their own parking was. If you want to rent from unethical people, this is the your place all year long! I won't add photos because no one wants to see a person in their underwear because they're so hot or a person crying because their head hurts so badly!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
