The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA. Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in. You'll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we'll send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign. Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available. 🚨 PLEASE NOTE: 🔊 It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Loved the stay and condo was exactly as photographed and advertised. The location is fantastic, lots of easy access to tourist centric things (walkable to Ferris wheel, cute playground, and Seattle Aquarium, etc.). I did feel the actual condo space outside (the entirety of the apartment complex) felt cold and strict and was quiet with worn carpet hallways and tended to have a smell. You only walk through this area to get in and out but should be aware that the apartment complex is highly private and quiet and not as nice as the actual apartment. I would still recommend for the great location!
Could not ask for a better location, as it’s right around the corner from Pike Place. Nice water view. Place was very clean and nice.
