The convenience of being steps from the train and trolley station brings all the sounds with it. Within walking distance of countless restaurants, culture and tourist attractions, though expect to see some homeless along the way. It is relatively minimal around our building, but the further east and north you go into the city, the more prevalent it becomes. So many wonderful waterfront restaurants and museums to enjoy, but the occasional cannonball firing from the local pirate ship on a Sunday afternoon can catch you off guard at first. *All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

This is a beautiful and convenient two bedroom unit, equipped for an extended stay. Despite being downtown the unit is well insulated and we never had noise issues. The location is a block and a half from the harborfront and if you head north you are in the Little Italy section and if you head southeast you are in the gaslamp district. Walk to Petco Park. The building has friendly 24 hour front desk and concierge service ( to receive packages or answer questions) and this unit offers two side-by-side parking spaces underground. You are right across the street from the train station so if you want to head up the coast to any of the beach communities, you can. The unit is well equipped and has beautiful views of the harbor and of downtown. On our visit, we had an initial glitch with the cleaning contractor who prepared the unit for us and a broken television but a single call to the agent and everything was fixed right away. Recommended.
