When we arrived we were quite disappointed with how the property was presented online versus its actual condition. Unfortunately, it does not reflect the standard we were expecting. The place smelled like cigarettes, One of the smaller bedrooms had sheets with visible stains and hair, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The beds themselves are also very flat and uncomfortable. The pool appears to have not been properly maintained, as there is a significant amount of debris in it. Additionally, the outdoor furniture is in poor condition, with noticeable tears, and the lounge chairs are missing cushions altogether. Overall, the property does not feel clean or well-kept, and this has made for a very disappointing arrival experience. At this point, we wanted to cancel this booking and request guidance on next steps. They did not corporate, barely replied back. We ended up leaving and escalating with Airbnb directly who sided with us and made a full refund.
