Please take caution. *Neighbors have dogs that may bark sometimes *Backyard is close to neighbors so staying within noise ordinance is very important! Pool Heating and Spa (if applicable to this property): *Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. We had a really nice stay overall. The home is absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect, very relaxing and exactly what we were hoping for. We did pay extra to have the pool heated, but unfortunately it didn’t quite feel like it reached the 84 degrees as expected. It was still enjoyable, just not as warm as we had hoped. One thing to be aware of is the Palm Springs ordinance regarding music. Even in the early afternoon (around 1:30 PM), a neighbor came by to complain, even though the volume was very low. Just something to keep in mind if you plan to play any music during your stay DON’T! Also, the rug in the bedroom could use a good cleaning. Overall, we still had a great time and truly enjoyed the home and its surroundings. Thank you

Great house with a nice backyard and pool. Location is excellent as it’s only a few minutes away to downtown and airport. Host was really friendly, helpful and responsive.
